CUVÉE SPUMANTE EXTRA DRY

Winemaking:

The wine is made off the skins and refermented with cultured yeasts at 16°C. After refermentation, the wine is cooled to -4°C and left on the lees. After maturation, the wine undergoes isobaric centrifugation and filtration in a second pressure tank, followed by bottling.
