Born in Valtènesi, it is obtained from the combined vinification of the Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera, subjected to a special process that involves maintaining contact of the must with the skins during fermentation for a short time. It differs from the other rosè wines due to its floral and berries harmony; a good acidity causes a freshness of taste sensations. To be drunk young, ideal with delicate and summer dishes, tasty fish and white meat
