Winemaking
Soft pressing, then fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. Refermentation in a pressure tank for 18–20 days with the help of active yeasts, at a controlled temperature of 14°C–16°C. After refermentation, the wine is kept again at controlled temperature for at least a month, to foster natural ageing on the lees

Colour
Brilliant straw yellow with typical golden highlights. Subtle, elegant, lingering perlage
Nose
Floral and fragrant, a bouquet showing typical hedgerow, peach, banana and citrus fruit aromas
Flavour
Sweet and fresh, with stylish echoes of fruit, perfect balance of residual sugars and snappy fruit, with a persistent aromatic profile

The star of toasts to end a meal. Marvellous with desserts and petit fours. Serve at 6°C – 8°C

The Moscato grape and the wine of the same name are said to have musky aromas, inspiring the name. Others say the grape comes from Muscat.
