Production District
Scolari presents Munià Spumante Extra Dry, a skilful blend of wines made from white grapes, refermented with a close eye to detail. A fresh, dynamic sparkling wine, flying the all Italian flag in sparkler expertise
Winemaking
The wine is made off the skins and refermented with cultured yeasts at 16°C. After refermentation, the wine is cooled to -4°C and left on the lees. After maturation, the wine undergoes isobaric centrifugation and filtration in a second pressure tank, followed by bottling.

PAIRINGS AND SERVING TEMPERATURE

Perfect aperitif, with all kinds of finger food, recommended with light fish dishes. Excellent with shellfish. Serve at 4°C – 6°C.
